YOUR ROLE
Drive Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence across Production in a semiconductor wafer fab environment.
Deploy, sustain and improve key Lean practices such as AVP, QRCI, Obeya, 5S, Gemba walks and continuous improvement workshops.
Coordinate and work closely with Production, Module, DTIT, Quality, Training and support teams to improve productivity, DPP, workflow efficiency, manpower flexibility and cross-shift execution discipline.
Build a strong shopfloor Lean culture by coaching teams, standardizing best practices, following up on improvement actions and ensuring results are measurable and sustainable.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations or related field
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, production operations, Lean manufacturing or operational excellence
Good knowledge of Lean tools such as AVP, QRCI, Obeya, 5S, Gemba and continuous improvement methodology
Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and data-driven decision-making skills and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across shifts and departments
Good communication, presentation, coaching and shopfloor leadership skills
Hands-on mindset with willingness to support production floor activities, recovery actions, weekend or overtime needs when require
Candidates with proven experience in a similar role may be considered for appointment at Senior level (min 5 years)
