Mechanical Solution Engineer

Join us as a Senior Engineer specializing in electrical systems technical tendering. You'll design innovative solutions for complex power infrastructure projects, working closely with commercial teams to deliver proposals that win—and set the stage for flawless execution.

What will you do?

• Develop technical solutions for electrical system opportunities, including power distribution, backup systems, and multi-system integration

• Ensure bid competitiveness and compliance by optimizing equipment selection, interfaces, and engineering budgets

• Collaborate with opportunity leaders and tendering teams to mitigate technical risks and enhance proposal quality

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering colleagues on complex or escalated issues

What are the key skills we are looking for?

• Problem Solving — advanced level; identifying technical risks and optimizing proposals under tight deadlines

• Electrical Distribution Systems — intermediate level; designing power architectures for HV, MV, and LV applications

• Technical Solution Design — intermediate level; translating customer requirements into executable project plans

• Quotation Management — intermediate level; preparing cost-competitive bids aligned with technical scope

• Requirements Analysis — intermediate level; capturing and validating customer needs with precision

• Power Backup Engineering — intermediate level; integrating generation, storage, and conversion assets into system designs

• Customer Orientation — intermediate level; aligning technical proposals with client expectations and business goals
