Document the Business Data needs. Work with Business stakeholders in identifying business requirements for analytics projects, products, and programs of work that maximize business impact / benefits within a realistic setting

Experience in creating detailed technical documentation for data integration (ETL) programs and other deliverables.

Experienced in ETL Development, Data Profiling and Data Analysis. Identify and map the data that are required from source to be loaded into target tables

Define and document transformation requirements from Staging to the Final Reporting Table(s)

Knowledge of data warehousing, including data mapping and transformations, data dependencies, data source analysis and profiling.

Experienced in writing complex SQL queries to analyze data and provide results to business users or project team members.

Visualize process changes in collaboration with business stakeholders and the IT user adoption team, to establish mutual understanding and accountability

Understanding of the dependencies between components of data infrastructure

Define standards and implement best practices for implementation of target data state

Familiarity with different database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)

Domain Knowledge Financial Services

Knowledgeable in different reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus
