E-commerce Specialist
As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the e-commerce business of the ONIVERSE brands under your scope, driving commercial performance and delivering the best online customer experience across all digital touchpoints. Working closely with local and international teams, you will plan and execute commercial initiatives, monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate the implementation of new projects and developments.
YOUR MISSION

Commercial Performance & E-commerce Strategy
- Own the online commercial performance of your assigned brands, ensuring the achievement of sales and customer KPIs.
- Build and manage the commercial calendar, coordinating campaigns, launches, promotions and communication priorities.
- Identify growth opportunities through performance analysis, customer insights and competitor benchmarking.

Website & Customer Experience
- Ensure websites and Apps reflect commercial priorities, brand standards and customer needs.
- Manage website content, merchandising, category structures, landing pages and campaign launches.
- Continuously improve the online customer journey and user experience.

CRM & Customer Communications
- Manage customer communication plans across Email, SMS and Push channels.
- Coordinate CRM and loyalty initiatives to support customer acquisition, engagement and retention.

Stakeholder & Project Management
- Act as the main point of contact between local teams and HQ for the assigned brands.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Communication, IT, Logistics, Finance and Customer Service teams.
- Support the implementation of digital projects, new functionalities and business initiatives.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE

2-3 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing or Online Retail.

Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to translate data into actions and results.

Experience managing online campaigns, websites and customer communications.

Advanced skills in Excel, GA4 and Power BI.

Knowledge of SEO and Digital Media.

Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.

Native Portuguese and fluent English.

Proactive, results-oriented and customer-focused attitude.
