Join the Global Services Finance team – a core part of BCG’s worldwide Finance function. As the Finance Manager, you will work with the teams across Global Services to provide FP&A and finance business partnering support to the stakeholders.
This role is ideal for a finance professional with a curious analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive impact through financial insights and operational improvements.
In this role, you will:
Run financial planning with the respective teams supported, as a part of broader BCG planning process
Lead monthly reporting, planning, and forecasting processes with accuracy, speed, and insight
Work with HR counterparts on capacity and compensation planning matters for the areas supported
Deliver forward-looking analysis and insights to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities in the areas supported
Support the stakeholders with preparation of business cases for any change programs / initiatives in the areas supported
Connect business requirements and considerations with financial agenda, processes and systems, navigate the trade-offs coming out from the dialogues
The role reports into the Global Services Finance Senior Director.
Master’s degree in finance/accounting/economics and/or an MBA is a plus
A minimum of ~7 years related finance experience
Good understanding & experience of working with finance systems (Oracle/SAP, BIR data universe, etc.)
Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Excel
Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to tailor messaging across audiences and influence senior stakeholders
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving complex issues through thoughtful analysis
Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong drive to add value and take ownership in a leadership-facing role
Highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with a passion for team-oriented work
Proven ability to build and manage relationships in a global, matrixed organization
The Functional Finance Team is an integral part of the worldwide Finance organization providing insight supported by meaningful and accurate financial information to help guide the decision-making process and provide strategic business partnering to the Functions. The team partners with BCG’s Global CFO and the Finance Leadership team, the Financial Planning & Analysis team, the Operations Leadership Team (OLT) including leadership of our Global Functions, and local, regional & global finance colleagues across the organization.
