As Principal at BCG Platinion in Stockholm you will play a senior leadership role in shaping this agenda.

You will work with C-suite executives on their most consequential technology and transformation challenges, originate new opportunities, orchestrate BCG's broader capabilities and lead complex programs that can redefine how organizations compete.

What You'll Do

In this position, you will

• build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CEOs and other senior executives, helping shape their technology and transformation agendas

• identify and originate new opportunities across AI, digital, technology modernization and enterprise transformation

• lead the upstream commercial dialogue - turning emerging client challenges into compelling propositions and transformational programs

• orchestrate multidisciplinary teams across BCG Platinion, BCG's industry and functional practices, BCG X and other specialist capabilities

• architect and lead large, complex transformation programs spanning strategy, technology, organization, operating model and implementation

• help clients move from AI experimentation to enterprise adoption and scaled business impact

• provide senior leadership and quality assurance across multiple engagements and client relationships

• navigate complex stakeholder environments and help executive teams make critical technology and investment decisions

• develop outstanding Managers, Consultants and technical leaders

• build intellectual capital, propositions and market presence in areas where BCG intends to lead

• contribute directly to the growth and strategic direction of BCG Platinion Nordics

What You'll Bring

You can help us make a difference if you bring

• a completed degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related area with above-average grades

• at least twelve years of substantial experience in IT consulting and the lead design and management of IT strategy and implementation projects

• a strong track record of originating, shaping and winning substantial consulting engagements

• experience advising senior executives on complex technology and transformation decisions

• demonstrated ability to orchestrate large, multidisciplinary programs and senior stakeholder environments

• deep understanding of how technology creates business value, supported by strong knowledge of modern architectures, platforms, cloud and digital operating models

• strong understanding of GenAI, LLMs and emerging AI technologies, including how organizations move from individual use cases to enterprise-wide adoption and value creation

• the ability to connect technology choices with business strategy, economics, operating models and industry dynamics

• strong commercial judgment and the ability to recognize opportunities before they become formal client requests

• a track record of developing high-performing teams and senior talent

• an excellent ability to understand and communicate complex topics in English
