Internship
The Payroll Consultant Intern will support the Shared Services team with routine administrative and operational activities related to Social Insurance, Personal Income Tax. The role focuses on document preparation, tracking, filing, result distribution, and stakeholder follow-up under the guidance of the Shared Services team.
Assist with printing, scanning, preparing, filing, and routing PSHN-related documents for review and signature.
Support the submission, collection, and follow-up of Visa, Temporary Residence Card for PSHN.
Assist in preparing reconciliation documents for the social insurance audit in August 2026 as notified by the Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance Office and other future audits (if any).
Perform preliminary checks on the validity of documents and assist in organizing and archiving PIT dependent registration records and SMUI documents.
Urge the Social Insurance Office to respond with the results of their review of the documents you submitted and contact the Social Insurance Office to receive the results (if any)
Receive, sort, and hand over Social Insurance and PIT results returned by the authorities to the designated PICs.
Monitor application statuses and compile lists of incomplete, rejected, or error cases returned by the authorities.
Monitor and urge the teams to complete the processing of error documents.
Final-year students or recent graduates in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Law, or related fields.
Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday, throughout the internship period.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, responsible, and accurate when handling documents and employee data.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Good communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to coordinate with employees and internal PICs.
Interest or basic knowledge in Payroll, Social Insurance, PIT, or HR operations is an advantage.
High sense of confidentiality and commitment to data protection and compliance requirements.
Internship allowance.
