Senior
Do you enjoy commercial strategy, working with numbers and turning plans into measurable results? Would you like to have a real impact on how premium spirits brands perform in the market?
We are looking for a Channel Trade Manager to join our Premium Spirits team and take ownership of the wholesale channel. You will connect Sales, Brand and our commercial partners, shape the channel strategy and make sure it translates into strong business results.
This is not a classic Trade Marketing role focused mainly on execution. We are looking for someone who can think commercially and strategically, work confidently with volumes and budgets, and turn insights into action.
Developing the wholesale channel - you will be responsible for the channel strategy for our Premium Spirits portfolio, its performance and planning of future activities.
Working with numbers and forecasting - you will continuously monitor volumes, target delivery and forecasts for the coming months. When results start moving away from plan, you will look for ways to get them back on track.
Planning commercial activities - listings, promotional mechanics, volumes and evaluation of individual activities will be part of your day-to-day work. You will also manage your own discount budget.
Pricing and commercial strategy - together with ComEx, you will contribute to pricing strategy and look for solutions that make sense for customers, brands and the business.
Connecting Sales and Brand teams - you will work closely with Brand Managers and Key Account Managers on a daily basis, as well as with Finance, ComEx and the wider Sales team.
Working with external brand partners - you will take part in regular meetings approximately every two weeks, quarterly business reviews and presentations of strategies and results.
You may also join Key Account Managers in customer and buyer meetings and help present our portfolio and commercial plans.
You have around 5 or more years of relevant experience in Sales, Key Account Management or Trade Marketing with a strong commercial, analytical and strategic focus.
Numbers are a natural part of how you make decisions. You have experience with forecasting, volumes, commercial calculations and budget management.
You are able to think strategically, but you also know how to turn strategy into concrete activities and measurable outcomes.
You can stand behind your point of view, challenge constructively and influence stakeholders, while remaining collaborative and team-oriented.
You are comfortable in an environment where priorities and information can change, and where not everything is perfectly structured from the start.
You have strong working English and Czech, as both languages are important for this role, used regularly in communication with external brand partners, day-to-day cooperation with local teams, customers and stakeholders.
Experience from FMCG, beverages or the spirits industry is an advantage, as is experience with the wholesale channel. Neither is a strict requirement if you bring strong relevant commercial experience and can operate effectively in a complex environment.

Apply and complete a short questionnaire. Then you will discuss your profile with Milan. If your profile looks like a good match, you will complete our standard online assessment tests, which will help us understand how you approach problems and make decisions. You will then meet Pavla, the hiring manager, for a deeper discussion about the role, channel strategy and the way the team works. If we both feel there is a strong fit, there will be one more final interview with senior leadership.
