ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB

The Demand Planning Manager leads demand planning for a market, region, or business unit, ensuring enterprise-aligned forecasts, strong S&OP governance, and commercially and financially credible demand plans. The role shapes demand strategy, leads and develops teams, and influences senior stakeholders on decisions impacting service, cost, inventory, and value. The Demand Planning Manager plays a critical role in driving profitability, enabling long-term strategic objectives, and shaping business performance through demand planning.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and govern demand planning standards, policies, and ways of working

• Lead S&OP Process and consensus building

• Shape strategic demand scenarios and long-term outlooks

• Integrate demand, financial, and supply perspectives into executive decisions

• Own forecast performance frameworks and business impact narratives

• Lead demand risk, contingency, and crisis management, including risks and opportunities management and gap closure

• Develop team capability, succession, and engagement

• Drive continuous improvement and digital enablement of demand planning

• Ensure strong financial health and operational efficiency through effective demand planning decisions

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Finance

• 5+ years experience in demand planning or supply chain leadership

• Strong leadership, financial, and strategic capabilities

• Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders

• English (fluent)
