Associate Client Advocate supports the administration of employee benefit programs, including health, dental, life, disability, and FSA plans. Assists clients and employees with benefit inquiries, eligibility issues, enrollments, and COBRA administration, while partnering with carriers and internal teams to ensure accurate service and plan management. MMaintains documentation in Salesforce, reviews EDI reports, and supports benefits-related projects and the integration of enrollment processes.Requires strong customer service, communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of employee benefits and HRIS platforms.
Assists in the daily administration of health and welfare plans for clients;
Includes medical, dental, life and disability plans;
Works closely with internal partners, clients and external vendors each day to do so
Leads and participates in multiple assigned projects related to well-being and social services including online enrollment system implementations
Client COBRA administration if vital
Answer client emails that are filtered through the benefit administration email address
Assist employees with eligibility issues and specific employee requests
Review weekly EDI Feed Error Reports for assigned clients
Log all emails, calls and tasks into Salesforce
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detailed oriented; ability to multi task
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and fast paced environment
Ability to learn quickly and apply to learnings work.
Working knowledge of Medical, Dental, Vision Health and Flexible Spending Accounts required
Four years of college or university degree or equivalent experience
2 or more years of health insurance experience preferred
Benefit Administration and call center experience a plus
Experience with HRIS and online benefit enrollment systems
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and project management skills
Ability to work perform well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work autonomously, while recognizing team goals

The base salary range for this position is $40,000 – $44,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
