What will you do?
Manage customer inquiries, orders, and service requests across multiple communication channels with professionalism
Partner with front office, line of business, and plant teams to resolve issues efficiently and proactively
Support order management, pricing, and contract coordination while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Maintain detailed records and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery

What qualifications will make you successful?
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
Experience processing customer orders using ERP systems such as Oracle.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Strong communication skills that build trust and clarity with customers and colleagues alike
A proactive mindset that anticipates challenges and takes ownership of resolutions
Adaptability and composure when managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in every interaction.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Sales Operations, or a related field.
Experience supporting global customers and working with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes.
Experience using reporting and data analytics tools.
