TECNICO/A EN DESARROLLO DE SOLUCIONES

Mapfre Re wishes to incorporate a technical profile to participate in the design and construction of the modules of the company's CORE system, with a Cloud Native application approach. We offer participation in a cutting-edge technological project, with the application of modern technologies and an event-driven architecture.

The candidate will participate, within the Transformation Plan that Mapfre Re is executing, in the migration of the business core application to the Cloud through the creation of Product teams. They will be integrated into the product team, participating in the analysis, design, construction, and subsequent operation of the solution. They will be involved in both the analysis and development of the solution, including the programming of functionality and its subsequent maintenance.

We are looking for innovative and highly motivated individuals, with high learning capabilities and adaptability to change, participating in novel projects where it is necessary to solve problems with an "outside-the-box" thinking.

FUNCTIONS

• Integration into the product team of the company's core tool.

• Design of the Business Domain with a DDD approach

• Implementation and development of the solution with microservices and event-based technologies.

• Design and implementation of the infrastructure in Cloud (Azure and AWS)

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Degrees in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics or similar.

• Language training: C1 English level

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in building Cloud solutions under reference architectures (MAR 2.0 or similar)

• Knowledge: The following knowledge is valued in the candidate:

  • Business knowledge of the insurance or reinsurance sector.

  • Structured and object-oriented programming: Java, Python

  • Agile Methodology: SCRUM

  • Development Framework: Spring Boot

  • HTML5, CSS3, Angular

  • Additionally, knowledge in:

    • Event-driven architecture, DevOps, Microservices, CD/CI
    • API Design / REST Services / Web Services
    • Databases: MongoDB, S3, SnowFlake, Oracle
    • Messaging/streaming tools: Kafka
    • Containers: Docker/Kubernetes
    • Experience in cloud projects in AWS or Azure environments
