This position is accountable for managing complex scale Customer project orders, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. This includes initiating, planning,executing, controlling, and closing of customer projects/programs. Under section head supervision this position confirms customer requirements, which includes drawings, specifications, job site support, bill of material alignment with specifications & clarify exceptions. Manages complete job process from order preparation, thru manufacturing release, product shipment, post shipment support.

The Principal Mechanical Engineer is responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of mechanical systems for data center facilities. This role focuses on ensuring high availability, energy efficiency, and scalability of critical cooling infrastructure while maintaining compliance with international standards and best practices.
Lead the mechanical design of data center projects including HVAC, cooling systems, chilled water systems, and ventilation.
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for mechanical systems in mission-critical facilities.
Review and approve engineering designs, specifications, and calculations
Develop and optimize cooling strategies (e.g., CRAC/CRAH, liquid cooling, free cooling, containment systems).
Perform load calculations, airflow analysis, and thermal modeling.
Ensure designs meet uptime requirements (Tier standards – Uptime Institute).
Support project lifecycle from tender design to commissioning.
Review vendor submittals and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Provide technical support during construction, testing, and commissioning phases.
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
The ability to collaborate and inspire a team is crucial. Those skills are vital to motivate team members and foster a collaborative work environment. Effective communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills are also important to ensure the project's success.
Interaction with various stakeholders, including clients, product owners, executives, and internal teams. They should also be adept at negotiating and resolving conflicts between different stakeholders.

They should be able to analyze complex situations,identify potential solutions, and make informed decisions under pressure. Adaptability and a proactive approach to handling issues are also valuable qualities.
Managing project deliverables, deadlines and budgets is a key responsibility. They should be adept at prioritizing tasks and tracking project progress. They should have a keen eye for detail and be skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
10 to 15 years experience required.
Excellent command of English
Strong experience in data center design
Team player
Learning & Researching
Adapting and responding to change.
CSM, ACP & PMP are a plus.
