If you’re looking to grow and be inspired, as an Software Sales Specialist in Valencia (Hybrid), you’ll join a team of game-changers supporting software and solutions sales for a leading technology brand. You’ll work closely with sales teams, channel partners, and customers to identify opportunities, build tailored solutions, and drive business growth.

What you will do in this role

• Partner with Inside Account Executives and channel teams to identify and develop software and solutions opportunities.

• Analyze customer portfolios, installed bases, and business needs to identify opportunities and recommend the right software solutions.

• Build consultative relationships with customers and understand their business challenges to position software and solutions effectively.

• Provide sales expertise on software offerings, competitive value propositions, and cloud-based solutions.

• Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from lead qualification through to close, ensuring accurate pipeline management and timely follow-up.

• Develop compelling proposals and presentations that demonstrate the value of software solutions and create win-win outcomes for customers and the business.

• Support new logo acquisition by identifying whitespace opportunities and helping sales teams expand the software portfolio within existing and new accounts.

• Work with technical specialists and channel partners when required to build solutions and provide the right level of expertise.

• Stay up to date with software, cloud, services, and industry trends to identify new opportunities and strengthen our competitive position.

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Have 1–3 years of experience in software, technology, IT, or consultative sales.

• Have experience working with customers and identifying business needs to recommend appropriate solutions.

• Have knowledge of software and cloud-based solutions and an understanding of the technology market.

• Are familiar with major cloud and software vendors such as Microsoft, AWS, Google, Nexthink, 1E, or similar.

• Have strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Are comfortable engaging with a variety of stakeholders, including IT decision-makers and procurement teams.

• Have a proactive, customer-focused, and commercially driven mindset.

• Have experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales pipelines.

• Are fluent in German, both written and spoken + advanced English

It would be a plus if you:

• Have experience selling software, SaaS, cloud, or IT solutions.

• Have experience working with channel partners or indirect sales teams.

• Have experience with mid-market or enterprise accounts.

• Have experience identifying whitespace and new business opportunities within existing accounts.

• Full-time Spanish contract, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00
