Obiettivi del ruolo:

Guarantee the application of the Leroy Merlin communication strategy on products, images, and services in the store.

Make the customer's purchasing journey curated, welcoming, and attractive, ensuring consistency in communication.

Manage the department setups, arranging products in line with company merchandising and marketing guidelines.

Support the team in the introduction of new products and the setup of new display spaces.

Measure the effectiveness of communication by promoting best practices and innovation.

For this position, a gross annual salary range between €23,300 and €30,000 is provided for full-time employment. For part-time contracts, the remuneration will be proportionate to the contractually agreed hours.

The economic proposal will be commensurate with experience, skills, and professional background, in compliance with the classification provided for the role.
Il profilo Ideale:

Degree and/or Diploma, preferably, in Architecture or Interior Design.

Experience as a Visual Merchandiser, Interior Designer, or Exhibition Manager.

Knowledge of main graphic design tools.

Passion for the product, trends, and sector novelties.

Proactivity and Networking.

Autonomy, Planning, and Organization.
