Our Sales Assistants are experts in customer relations, know the products and the latest trends, and transform every store visit into an excellent shopping experience. Every day they welcome customers, manage sales activities, and take care of product display, ensuring a well-maintained and welcoming environment.
Obiettivi del ruolo:

Welcome every customer and accompany them in the realization of their projects, offering support and advice on purchase.

Listen to customer needs to identify the most suitable solutions, enhancing the products and services of your department.

Contribute to the care and organization of the department, ensuring an orderly, safe, and welcoming environment.

Work as a team to offer a simple, effective, and satisfying shopping experience.

5-day working week (Mon-Sun), with shifts planned 4 weeks in advance.

For this position, an annual gross salary range between €23,300 and €30,000 is expected for full-time employment. For part-time contracts, the remuneration will be proportionate to the contractually foreseen hours.
The economic proposal will be commensurate with experience, skills, and professional background, in compliance with the classification provided for the role.
