WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?
Reporting to the Sector Manager, your mission will be to contribute, both personally and through team coordination, to customer satisfaction and sales development.
YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PIECE OF THE TEAM! Your functions will be:

Encourage and involve the team by example, establishing priorities, ensuring organization, coordinating the availability of salespeople in the sales area, and fulfilling daily tasks, always ensuring Safety (PPE, handling of loads, dangerous products...).

Ensure proper customer service by promoting sales based on their needs to guarantee their satisfaction.

Know and transmit the Sales Plan for each product family.

Ensure the maintenance of the section for which you are responsible, guaranteeing and coordinating the replenishment of merchandise, and the reliability of stock through inventories and adequate demarcation management.
WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE?

Minimum 3 years of experience animating and coordinating teams at the point of sale.

Experience in Large Distribution and/or Retail.

We especially value if you have higher technical training or training related to commerce (FP, degree or university degree).

If you also have geographical mobility, you will have the possibility of accessing a specific career plan, linked to the expansion of the company.
