¿Qué harás en este rol?

Buscamos un(a) Field Service Representative para integrarse al equipo de Servicios de Schneider Electric, brindando soporte técnico especializado en puesta en marcha, pruebas, mantenimiento y diagnóstico de sistemas eléctricos de media y baja tensión en instalaciones de clientes. Será responsable de ejecutar actividades de comisionamiento, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, resolución de problemas técnicos y soporte en terreno, asegurando los más altos estándares de calidad, seguridad y satisfacción del cliente.

Principales responsabilidades

• Ejecutar pruebas, comisionamiento y puesta en marcha de equipos eléctricos de media y baja tensión.

• Realizar mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y diagnóstico de fallas en sistemas de distribución eléctrica.

• Intervenir equipos tales como:

  • Switchgears de media y baja tensión.
  • Centros de distribución de carga.
  • Centros de control de motores (MCC).
  • Tableros de fuerza y alumbrado.

• Interpretar planos eléctricos, diagramas unilineales y documentación técnica.

• Realizar pruebas funcionales y verificaciones de sistemas de protección, control y comunicación.

• Elaborar informes técnicos y documentación de los servicios ejecutados.

• Brindar soporte técnico y asesoramiento al cliente durante las actividades en terreno.

• Cumplir con los estándares de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente de Schneider Electric.

• Participar en capacitaciones técnicas continuas y mantener actualizados sus conocimientos sobre productos y soluciones de la compañía.

Requisitos

Formación

Técnico(a) de Nivel Superior o Ingeniero(a) en Electricidad, Electrónica, Automatización o carreras afines.

Experiencia

Al menos 2 años de experiencia en cargos similares de servicio en terreno, mantenimiento eléctrico, comisionamiento o puesta en marcha.

Conocimientos técnicos

• Experiencia en pruebas, comisionamiento y puesta en marcha de equipamiento eléctrico de media y baja tensión.

• Conocimiento de switchgears, centros de distribución de carga, centros de control de motores y tableros eléctricos.

• Interpretación de planos eléctricos y esquemas de control.

• Deseable experiencia en montaje, programación y pruebas de relés de protección y sistemas de comunicación industrial.

• Deseable conocimiento de normativa eléctrica y prácticas de seguridad en trabajos energizados.

Idiomas

• Español nativo.

• Inglés intermedio deseable.

Otros requisitos

• Disponibilidad para viajar dentro y fuera del país.

• Disponibilidad para pernoctar fuera del domicilio cuando sea requerido.

• Licencia de conducir clase B vigente.

• Licencia SEC vigente.

• Salud compatible con trabajo en altura física y geográfica
