【Job Responsibility 岗位职责】 1、Coordinates and updates customer specifications (BDS_Brembo Design Specifications) and documentation; - 协调并更新客户规范（BDS_Brembo设计规范）及相关文件）； 2、Contributes to product and process improvement;-Supports production in technical issues; - 参与产品和工艺改进；支持生产过程中的技术问题处理； 3、Contributes to tooling optimization /modification and track life management;-Cycle test execution; - 参与工装优化/改造及寿命管理；执行周期测试； 4、Contributes to TRS improvement;-Supports quality and production department on scrap analysis; - 参与TRS提升；支持质量和生产部门进行报废分析； 5、Contributes to FMEA verification;-Supervises to production operator training; - 参与FMEA验证；监督生产操作员培训； 6、Supervises tooling assembly on production line;-Supports installation of new equipments. - 监督生产线工装装配；支持新设备安装。
【任职要求】 1、硕士学历，机械、车辆工程或工业管理相关专业，具备2年以上汽车制造行业生产管理经验； 2、熟悉汽车浇铸、清理等工艺流程，精通精益生产工具（如5S、TPM）及现场管理方法； 3、具备优秀的团队领导力与突发事件处理能力，能有效激励团队达成各项KPI指标； 4、具备良好的英语口语和写作
