As PepsiCo expands its Global Capability Center (GCC) footprint and transformation agenda, this role will help drive execution, governance, and value delivery across key strategic initiatives.
The APAC PMO Manager will lead governance, execution, and value realization for transformation programs across APAC. The role will oversee the Next Chapter migration program, support APAC Finance migrations, track transformation benefits, and manage project governance, risks, and stakeholder alignment across a complex multi-market environment. Working closely with APAC CFOs, Global Function Leaders, GCC hubs, Design Leads, Transition Teams, and Change Management teams, this individual will ensure successful delivery of transformation objectives and business outcomes.
Lead and coordinate APAC activities related to the Next Chapter transformation program, supporting the migration of roles and services to PepsiCo Global Capability Centers.
Establish and manage robust governance forums, project plans, milestone tracking, risk management processes, and executive reporting.
Coordinate across regional Design Leads, Global Function Design Teams, GCC Transition Teams, Change Management Teams, and Capability Leads to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Drive issue resolution and escalation management to proactively mitigate risks and remove roadblocks.
Monitor transition readiness, knowledge transfer progress, hypercare activities, and service stabilization efforts.
Support achievement of productivity, migration, and value realization commitments associated with the program
Partner with APAC and OU CFOs to develop Finance migration roadmaps and transition plans.
Identify migration opportunities, prioritize roles, and support business case development.
Collaborate with GCC hubs, HR, and market teams to deliver migrations on schedule.
Support transition planning, knowledge transfer, and operating model changes.
Track migration milestones, risks, dependencies, and benefit realization.
Support the APAC Finance Transformation Lead in driving value realization governance across GCC migrations, digital, and transformation initiatives.
Coordinate with Finance, Deployment, GCC, and business teams to align benefit assumptions, tracking approaches, and reporting timelines.
Facilitate benefit realization reviews, ensuring risks, dependencies, and gaps are identified and addressed with relevant stakeholders.
Consolidate and communicate value realization updates, insights, and progress to APAC leadership and governance forums.
Support AOP, forecasting, and business case processes through coordination of transformation benefit reporting and tracking.
Coordinate the execution of assigned transformation initiatives, partnering with business, functional, and market stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, governance forums, and status reporting.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations to support on-time delivery.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment and decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Partner with Change Management teams to support implementation, adoption, and communication activities.
Create and maintain executive dashboards, transformation scorecards, and governance materials.
Facilitate steering committee meetings and leadership reviews.
Maintain project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Ensure transparency and visibility of program performance across stakeholders.
Build strong working relationships with APAC CFOs, Function Leaders, GCC leaders, HR, Finance, Digital teams, and Global Transformation teams.
Influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization to drive alignment and execution.
Support change management and communication activities to ensure successful adoption.
Standardize project management methodologies, templates, and governance practices.
Identify process simplification and automation opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement across transformation delivery processes.
Bachelor’s Degree; robust technical/functional knowledge in Finance and Accounting
Relevant work experience in Finance / Commercial Planning, preferably FMCG exposure.
2-3 years in Finance Manager position with total experiences at 8 years+
Experience in budget / forecast process and variance analysis
Strong analytical and presentation skills; highly capable in Microsoft Excel and PPT
Strong communication skills; ability to think strategically and influence management
Ability to coordinate multi functional and multi country teams
Exceptional ability to work under pressure and deliver against deadlines
