As the level of Account Executive, providing consultation of health solutions and appropriable plan design on employee benefits program for the client is the core value of the position. Account Executive also work together with relevant parties to deliver the best solutions to the client. Working as the hybrid depending on the role and the volume of renewal seasons.

Provide prompt, professional responses to client inquiries related to claims, membership, premiums, market and product information.
Record and log client complaints and coordinate resolution with the relevant internal teams; escalate issues to the Manager/Director as appropriate.
Coordinate day-to-day servicing activities, including policy administration, endorsements, renewals, and billing follow-up.
Support timely collection of premiums and liaise with internal finance/operations teams as required.
Assist in preparing client reports, benefit recommendations, and presentations in a clear and professional manner.
Support the management of the call center to ensure service levels and quality standards are met.
Investigate, track, and help resolve customer issues; identify trends and recommend service improvements.
Capture and share client and member feedback with sales and operations teams to enhance products and service delivery.
Assist in assessing client sales and marketing opportunities for Health Solutions.
Prepare and update marketing and sales materials, including quotations and proposal decks.
Coordinate the renewal process, including data collection, renewal strategy input, and follow-up with clients on renewal offers and placement confirmations.
Support cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, including new Aon solutions such as voluntary benefits, flex benefits, wellness programs and other innovations.
Work closely with the broader team to support new projects and strategic initiatives.
Ensure that client and member contact details and policy information are accurately maintained in internal systems.
Conduct data entry, data maintenance and mass email distributions as required.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, renewals and key account documents.
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, marketing, finance and other Aon business units) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Under the guidance of the Director/Manager, support internal marketing activities between Aon Consulting (Thailand) and other Aon segments.
Assist in the development and implementation of external marketing activities aimed at acquiring new clients and promoting new product opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree of any major
Insurance knowledge with experience (group employee benefit insurance will be preferable)
Good at English speaking, listening, reading and writing
High responsibility and be able to work under high pressure
Positive thinking and initiative
Native Thai speaking
