Acquired new business and handle marketing activities to drive sales, responds to sales opportunities identified.
Revenue generation and customer relationship management.
Problem solving and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Handle customer and prospect presentations, including Global Business, Voluntary Benefits programs and worksite activities.
Perform tasks and responsibilities assigned within the Aon Group.
Demonstrate strong analytical ability to support decision‑making and operational efficiency.
Prepare accurate and timely reports to support business and management needs.
The selling of:
Group insurance products for life, accident, disability and health to the corporate customer
Other lines for property and casualty to the corporate customer, in collaboration with other Aon Group segments
Individual life products to the corporate customer’s employees, be those savings plans, annuities, mutual funds, or supplemental life for employees’ families
Other individual lines such as auto and domestic, in collaboration with other Aon Group segments
Non-insurance products, such as cards and personal loans
Bachelor Degree or higher in Insurance or Marketing
Minimum 1 year group insurance industry experience in Sales role
Good interpersonal, excellent communications and presentation skills
Service-minded and able to handle internal/external complaints
Self-learner, self-starter, able to work under pressure
Written and spoken fluency in Thai and working knowledge of English
Good computer skills – Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes
