Service Executive
In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with Retail and Aon Business Services colleagues to deliver exceptional client outcomes across the full client journey. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy working with data and documentation, and love being the “glue” that keeps operations running smoothly, this role could be your next step.
Please note, these are 12 month fixed term contracts covering parental leave. With the option of being based in our Hamilton or Auckland offices.
What you’ll be doing

Supporting client renewals and servicing in line with Aon New Zealand protocols

Confirming policy terms, quotations, and documentation with insurers

Preparing premium calculations, schedules, renewal reports and presentations

Maintaining accurate client data across systems

Following up with clients and insurers to gather outstanding information

Assisting with invoicing, premium collection, and aged debt management

Working closely with the Assistant Service Manager and wider team to manage workload and ensure excellent service delivery
Skills and experience that will lead to success
You’ll be a natural communicator who understands how to tailor to the situation, whether it be face to face, over the phone or through written correspondence. Ideally you will come from a similar background from within the industry, otherwise experience coming from a customer or solution driven environment with strong administrative aspects to the role would be well suited.
