At JTI, our Demand Planning function plays a critical role in ensuring business continuity through accurate forecasting, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Join us and help drive operational excellence by translating market insights into effective demand plans that support sustainable business growth.
As the Demand Planning Associate, you will:
Compile monthly 18-month rolling forecasts for all SKUs using trends, seasonality, pricing, and market data
Ensure all new SKUs are accurately loaded into SAP and related systems and coordinate timely communication with relevant stakeholders
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning teams to align demand plans with business objectives
Prepare and present demand planning reports and KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
Review and coordinate production data and schedules with global planning teams and support the S&OP process
Proactively monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Global Customer Service to minimize the risk of shortages and write-offs
Partner with Brand Managers on new projects, ensuring timely communication and alignment on requirements and risks
Support additional projects and ad hoc activities assigned by the Line Manager
University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in Demand Planning within the FMCG industry
Advanced English proficiency
Strong knowledge of SAP IBP and advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Proven ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities
