RINA is currently recruiting for a Marine Digital Solutions Service Business Support Coordinator to join its office in Singapore within the Marine Digital Solutions Division.

Mission

Assist the support team in managing customer requests while learning company procedures and tools to deliver effective service.

Key Accountabilities

• Client Support and Issue Resolution

  • Assist in handling client inquiries and basic support requests under supervision
  • Learn to identify common software issues and escalate complex problems to senior technical teams

• Product Education and Training

  • Support the delivery of basic product guidance to clients during onboarding or troubleshooting
  • Help update and organize existing documentation and tutorials for client use

• Customer Relationship Management

  • Contribute to maintaining positive client relationships through clear and courteous communication
  • Collect client feedback during interactions and share observations with the team

• Technical Collaboration

  • Participate in meetings with technical teams to understand product features and limitations
  • Relay client questions and feedback to senior colleagues for further analysis

• Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement

  • Follow established support procedures and quality guidelines during client interactions
  • Suggest small improvements based on personal experience and team discussions

• Customer Insights and Reporting

  • Record support activities and client interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Assist in compiling basic summaries or reports for internal use

Education

High School Diploma/GED in Information Systems or Management Engineering

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service and support activities

• Strong communication skills and customer orientation

• Basic understanding of software architectures and cloud environments

• Teamwork and problem-solving attitude
