Job Description

Design and development of hydraulic products – Electro-Hydraulic and Proportional Mobile control valves (Sectional, monoblock and HIC) and Joystick for Mobile hydraulics applications

Good understanding of fluid mechanics and Hydraulic Schematic and circuit design
-
Good understanding of various control system and selection to the requirements & applications
-
Good understanding of Design of Pressure compensator and and Spool design for Load Sensing and flow sharing Control valves
-
Configuration of the Control Valve for the requirements & applications
-
Working knowledge in Ratio Projects: Cost reduction, weight reduction analysis and implementation
-
Good knowledge inProblem solving methods and solutioning.

Design and manufacturing of castings, forgings and machining process for hydraulic products
-
GD&T, tolerance Stack up Application in Hydraulics
-
Ability to independently deliver CAD models, manufacturing drawings according to ASME/ISO-GPS standards
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Mobile Hydraulics domain knowledge is must.

Knowledge of injection molding parts and connector selection

Tools & Methods required:

Creo, Windchill PDM, SAP and AutoCAD

FMEA ,Root Cause Alaysis (RCA)
