Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, with a polite and professional manner
Ensure all communication is clear, concise, and tailored to the client's main focus and interest areas
Reply to and action client requests in a timely manner, prioritising in line with urgency and client priority
Provide insightful performance updates to clients, translating data points into insights and actionable recommendations
Create basic automated reporting dashboards for smaller clients, and confidently make updates and tweaks as needed
Demonstrate strong innovation across your accounts through effective rollout of new creatives, tests, betas, strategies, or tools to support performance, sharing learnings with the wider team
Stay up to date with industry trends and new platform features and changes, testing these on relevant accounts
Identify relevant new commercial opportunities for your accounts, starting conversations with clients on smaller accounts
Utilise automation or other methods to improve performance and make time-consuming or repetitive tasks more efficient
Maintain a proactive, client-first mindset, with good understanding of clients' businesses, industries, competitors, and relevant world news
Proactively seek to grow knowledge and develop professionally, acting on feedback from managers and other team members
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed to a high standard and in line with deadlines
Communicate progress and challenges on tasks, flagging any potential issues with meeting deadlines in advance

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose performance issues and turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
A track record of owning client communication and relationships with confidence and professionalism
Genuine attention to detail, particularly around budget control and account hygiene
A proactive, test-and-learn mindset, with curiosity about new platform features, betas, and tools
