Your day-to-day:

• Coordination of all warehouse logistics activities: reception, storage, dispatch, returns, scrap management and inventories;

• Manage the relationship with subcontracted partners, guaranteeing and monitoring the entire process of vehicle loading for the various routes and delivery of equipment to the end customer;

• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders with the aim of improving customer satisfaction;

• Manage and monitor individual and collective performance, promoting the development of the team's skills;

• Talent development of Operational Team Leaders (IOP, Training..);

• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) of the team's activity and identify improvement and corrective actions.

What we are looking for:

• Higher education in Logistics or similar area (preferential);

• Solid and proven experience (minimum 5 years) in warehouse management and team leadership functions;

• Strong ability to motivate and mobilize teams, including external partners (drivers);

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems;

• Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills;

• Ability to solve problems on the spot and find unplanned solutions.
