Operational Team Leader - Vila Real

Your day-to-day:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the operators' team – loading, unloading, and picking items;

• Ensure monitoring and support for drivers during the execution of routes and the closing of deliveries to customers;

• Manage the process of merchandise returns and scrap for recycling;

• Conduct periodic warehouse inventory;

• Ensure fluidity in the flow of truck arrivals and departures at the warehouse;

• Talent development in the direct team (IOP, Training plans...).

What we are looking for:

• 12th grade or professional training in logistics (preferential);

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar functions;

• Experience in team coordination;

• Good organizational, communication, and priority management skills.
