About the Role:
Looking for proficient sales professionals with hands-on experience in selling HVAC products, including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems, Controls, Pumps, Fans, and related solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
4-7 years of experience with HVAC industry in EAST/OBJ Market, responsible for sales of HVAC products to direct customers, end users, contractors and channel partners. To drive business growth by identifying customer requirements, developing technical solutions, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle while ensuring technical compliance and customer satisfaction.
Below are the day-to-day activities

Meet consultants, contractors, end users, and project stakeholders to understand project requirements.

Generate and qualify sales opportunities.

Influence specifications and position company products in project designs.

Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.

Develop strong relationships with customers, consultants, and channel partners.

Review RFQs, tenders, and project specifications.

Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.

Develop cost estimates and pricing strategies.

Participate in technical clarifications and bid negotiations.

Present value propositions and solution advantages to custom
Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / HVAC Engineering or related field.

MBA (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.
Technical & management Skills

HVAC systems (Chillers, AHU, FCU, Controls) or relevant industry products.

Heat load calculations and system selection.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Team collaboration and stakeholder management.
