Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Lead Quotations Coordinator.

This position will be located in Ridgefield, WA Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day operations

• Manage Quotations Team workflow

• Ability to mentor team members on expectations

• Lead onboarding/training for all Quotations new hires

• Develop and implement processes for the Quotations Team

• Work within team setting; handling high volume email requests via Outlook

• Communicates with Sales Manager and OSR's on questions or issues

• Maintain current Admin functions in conjunction with handling Quotations Team

• Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies, rules, regulations, and procedures

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years' experience in administrative or quotations development is helpful

• 3-5 years of Industrial experience

• Must be well organized, meticulous and have excellent time-management skills

• Highly motivated with a phenomenal attention to detail

• Ability to lead and empower team members

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (emphasis on Teams and Outlook)

• Expert in Microsoft Excell

• Experienced in commercial plumbing projects, either via bid process or project management

• Strong understanding of the Quotations Process

• Flexibility and adaptability, as this position often requires multi-tasking

Pay Range:

$21.41 - $46.54

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
