As a Data & Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Brazil’s Marketing & Communications agenda through analytics, reporting, and CRM management. You will transform data into actionable insights, helping leadership evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions across marketing and communications activities.
You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of CRM data quality and governance while partnering with local and global stakeholders to drive impact across the business. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Own marketing and comms reporting, transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making
Establish and monitor KPIs across CRM, events, media relations, social media and other marketing & comms initiatives
Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting structures, and executive-level presentations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and other analytics platforms
Conduct deep-dive analyses and respond to ad-hoc business requests, translating complex data into clear recommendations for leadership
Synthesize complex data into clear, compelling recommendations and executive-level presentations.
Continuously improve reporting frameworks and executive dashboards to enhance the accuracy, relevance, and usability of insights
Identify trends, opportunities, and risks across marketing and communications activities, proactively recommending actions to maximize impact
Partner with local and global stakeholders to define measurement frameworks and support data-driven decision making
Explore new tools, technologies, and analytical methodologies to enhance reporting capabilities and uncover business insights
Ensure the integrity and organization of data in the system (cleaning, enriching and updating)
Ensure governance of CRM processes, including compliance with LGPD requirements and data privacy best practices
Act as a focal point with global and local teams, including training and internal support
Collaborate with different business areas to maximize CRM adoption, value, and impact
Provide guidance and support for data entry activities
Support ongoing improvements to CRM processes, workflows, and data management practices
Proven experience designing and developing executive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI platforms.
Strong understanding of data visualization principles, including dashboard design, information hierarchy, usability, and visual storytelling.
Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets, translating findings into actionable business insights
Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and communicate the impact of marketing and communications initiatives
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Experience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
