Investment Consulting Team provides public and private companies and other institutions with advice on developing and maintaining investment programs across a broad range of plan types, including defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, endowments and foundations. Our delegated investment solutions offer ongoing management of investment programs and fiduciary responsibilities either in a partial or full discretionary model for multiple asset owners. We partner with clients to deliver our scale and experience to help them effectively manage their investments, risk, and governance and potentially lower costs.
The successful candidate would be responsible to support the firm’s investment consulting operations in the execution and delivery of investment consulting services to external clients. Primarily responsible for client reporting, client consulting support, Operational Risk support, Delegated operations support, macroeconomic research, etc. depending on the sub team alignment of the colleague.
Candidate with 1-3 years of experience in financial institutional firms, sell side research houses or economic agencies in macroeconomic research, economic report writing and data collation and/or related areas.
Ability to become Subject Matter Expert within a specific sub team in 12 months and can independently work on highly complex deliverables with timelines and high accuracy.
The individual will be required to produce reports in a time-bound manner and assist with coordination and completion of client reporting, research tasks, data collection and analytical work including client presentations for a variety of regional offices around the globe.
Candidates with experience in using third party market databases such as FactSet and Bloomberg would be preferred, but not mandatory.

Good academic background and understanding of capital markets and major asset classes/ financial instruments.
Report writing skills on financial asset classes, especially covering the investment industry.
Understanding various financial asset classes and their risk return profiles.
Knowledge of MS Office product suites.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a rapidly dynamic environment.
Familiarity of using the Power BI tool would be preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel application, including familiarity with formulas, the ability to create graphs, tables, pivot tables.
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint application, ability to prepare client presentations as necessary.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word application, ability to prepare & format client ready reports.
Communicate professionally with colleagues around the world to understand and support various client deliverables.
Liaise with investment managers and collect information on their offerings.
Demonstrate initiative in completing projects.
Ability to deliver high quality work within tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment on a variety of projects, receive instructions from several people, and meet project deadlines.
