About the role
We're looking for a commercially minded Business Controller to partner with Star Hospitality leaders and help drive revenue growth, pricing strategy, category performance and profitability across the business.
Reporting to the Business Control Manager - Star Hospitality, you'll turn data into insights that support smarter commercial decisions and sustainable growth.
What you'll be doing

Analyse revenue, margin, pricing and category performance to identify opportunities and risks.

Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes.

Partner with operational and marketing teams to drive commercial decision-making.

Develop business cases, reporting dashboards and growth initiatives.
What you'll bring

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.

5+ years' experience in commercial finance, pricing, revenue management, FMCG or hospitality finance.

Strong analytical, financial modelling and business partnering skills.

Experience with Excel, Power BI, SAP or similar reporting tools.
