Job Description

Design of plastic & aluminum die cast components, assemblies for an Industrial Weld controller

Design and Modification of components & sub-assemblies of Weld controllers

Understanding system requirements, creating concepts based on defined requirements, and detailed design to meet the project & system specifications.

Selection of standard mechanical elements, interfacing with electronics & software

Manufacturing and assembly drawing creation as per design standards.

Perform thermal simulations, heat sink calculations
-
Database management and BOM creation in SAP
-
Engineering calculation & documentationCAD tool : Creo, Autodesk Inventor, PDM
Qualifications
B.E. or B.Tech
