Adecco Italia Spa in partnership with Franchetti Spa - an innovative Italian engineering and software development company specializing in the management, monitoring, and predictive maintenance of infrastructures, is looking for:
Master's Graduates in Civil/Building Systems Engineering (LM 23 and 24)
We are looking for 15 brilliant recent graduates who will be selected and hired with an Adecco Italia Spa apprenticeship contract for temporary administration at Franchetti S.p.A for a period of 18 months, and for the first 5 months, they will be part of a High-Level Training program at one of Italy's most prestigious universities in Naples.
Requirements:

Master's degree in Civil and Building Systems Engineering (LM23, LM24) obtained or in the process of being obtained

Availability to be hired at one of the main company locations based on project needs [Arzignano (Province of Vicenza)/Milan/Rome]
The best selected and hired talents will have access to the 5-month High-Level Training program based in NAPLES; at the end of the training, new hires will be allocated to the Franchetti locations chosen based on the availability indicated by each candidate among the 3 listed.
Training modalities:
The training will take place between the first decade of October 2026 and the last decade of February 2027 and will include classroom activities, project work activities, and on-the-job training under the supervision of technicians and specialists from FRANCHETTI Spa.
For the period of classroom training, a mandatory presence of 30 hours per week is required.
The objective of the Franchetti Academy is to provide training on subjects related to the digitalization and maintenance of structures and infrastructures, with the aim of developing skills for a modern approach to maintenance.
The hiring locations are in the following cities: ARZIGNANO (VI) or ROME or MILAN, assigned based on the availability indicated by the candidates during the selection process.
Information on the contractual and remuneration part:

Apprenticeship contract for professionalization in Staff Leasing with Adecco Italia for 18 months with the subsequent possibility of direct hiring with the client company.

CCNL Studi Professionali, classification level 3rd
Remuneration:
-
Gross Annual Salary (RAL) €20,305 for the first 11 months of apprenticeship (equal to 85% of the 3rd level CCNL Studi Professionali).

Gross Annual Salary (RAL) €22,216.94 from the 12th to the 18th month of apprenticeship (equal to 93% of the 3rd level CCNL Studi Professionali).

Gross Annual Salary (RAL) €23,890 from the 19th month, in case of confirmation (equal to 100% of the 3rd level CCNL Studi Professionali).
