Responsibilities:
Joining us for five or six months, you’ll build invaluable real-world experience and apply your education in a challenging and rewarding environment. Being mentored and supported by experienced leaders, you will:
Assist in HR Onboarding activities
Contribute to the administration and processing of benefits claims
Participate in ad-hoc projects pertaining to Human Resources and/or officewide issues
Enhance your HR skills and knowledge
Get involved in process improvement initiatives
Learn every day, through a full induction, on-the-job experiences and opportunities to work on a diverse range of projects with expert professionals.

Requirements:
To transform your tomorrow with a WTW internship, you’ll need to be:
Seeking to be a full-time intern for 5-6 months
In your penultimate or final year of university
Studying for a degree in Business Management, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Multimedia Arts or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proficient in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) or other designing tools (Canva, Figma, etc.)
A strong communicator with excellent organizational and work-planning skills
A quick learner who is keen to solve challenging technical problems.
A natural team player with a can-do attitude
While not essential, experience in facilitating and hosting events would be advantageous.
Workstyles:
We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least one day a week in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow interns. Your time in the office will also include attending meetings and undertaking scheduled training.
