As a Business Development Representative on our team, you will:

Manage outbound lead qualification activities as part of the BDR2 hybrid team, including reviewing assigned MQLs, MQAs, and MCLs, taking action within agreed response times, and updating lead status, notes, and activities in Salesforce.

Validate and qualify leads by confirming business pain points or challenges, identifying the decision-maker or key influencer, and confirming the expected timeframe.

Create and update the required lead, contact, account, and opportunity records in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Support the opportunity handoff process by converting qualified leads into opportunities and scheduling handoff calls with the prospect and Account Executive.

Maintain supporting records, activities, and reporting to ensure accurate tracking of lead and opportunity progress.

Are bilingual or proficient in Spanish plus fluent in English.

Have 1-2 years’ experience in IT sales with a proven track record of success and/or sales account management or customer management experience.

Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and Client Relationship Management systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.
It would be a plus if you:

Have experience working with or selling MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions.

Have Microsoft Fundamentals certification on MS Azure, Modern Workplace and/or BizApps.

A competitive salary package that you will live well on in Spain; base salary of €25,000 gross/year + up to €4,000 gross/year in bonus, plus private medical insurance.

Full-time 39h permanent contract Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00
