Job Title: ServiceNow Developer/Administrator Job Location: hybrid in Warszawa, Krakow, Wroclaw, Gdansk Employment Type: Full-time

Essential Job Functions:

• configuration and development of ServiceNow for DXC customers

• administration of ServiceNow instances

• resolution of Incidents

• preparation of project documentation

• participation in training and achieving new certifications

• sharing experience with other team members

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in ServiceNow implementations or technical administration (at least 3 years)

• Good knowledge of written and spoken English

• Experience with ITSM and ITOM ServiceNow modules

• Knowledge of Java Script, HTML, CSS

• Experience in integrations (e.g. SOAP, REST)

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Teamwork and ability to work under pressure

• Strong communication skills

• Fast learning skills

• Availability to work afternoon shifts and participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including overnight support approximately every fifth day and weekend coverage approximately every fifth weekend Flexible availability, including afternoon shifts and participation in an on-call rotation (approximately one night and one weekend every five weeks)

Other Qualifications:

• Working experience in Agile project environments

• ServiceNow certifications

• Knowledge of AngularJS, Ajax

• Good knowledge of ITIL processes and ITIL certifications
