Sales Manager-Multi Chanel-Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager Multi-Channel to drive sales growth and expand market share for our Low Voltage (LV) product portfolio, including busway and wiring devices, across Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new project opportunities, managing strategic customer relationships, and strengthening our indirect sales ecosystem through distributors and panel builder networks. This role requires a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi electrical market, proven success in project sales and channel development, and the ability to influence key stakeholders across commercial, industrial, government, and building sectors.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the LV products market, a strong network within the panel builder community, and a demonstrated ability to convert project opportunities into sustainable business growth. Working closely with distributors, consultants, contractors, panel builders, and internal teams, you will play a critical role in delivering profitable growth, increasing market penetration, and ensuring customer satisfaction across the territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and market share growth for the company's LV product portfolio, busway, wiring devices in Abu Dhabi.

• Identify, develop, and secure new project opportunities across commercial, industrial, building, and government sectors.

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and profitability goals.

• Own the development of the indirect panel builder ecosystem across Abu Dhabi through authorized distributors, ensuring broad market coverage and sustainable business growth.

• Map, segment, and prioritize indirect panel builders within the territory and establish structured engagement plans in collaboration with distributor sales teams.

• Drive product specification, technical approvals, and project registrations with indirect panel builders to maximize conversion into project wins.

• Work closely with distributor organizations to identify, recruit, develop, and activate new indirect panel builder accounts while increasing share of wallet in existing accounts.

• Establish regular business reviews with distributors and indirect panel builders to monitor pipeline, market opportunities, project status, and growth plans.

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers and projects.

• Develop business opportunities of indirect panel builders through authorized distributors.

• Manage relationships with panel builders and indirect panel builders to increase product adoption and project wins.

• Monitor project pipelines and drive conversion into orders.

• Manage strategic customer accounts and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

• Resolve commercial and customer-related issues promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate with technical, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.

• Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, tenders, and project opportunities.

• Coordinate with building segment team for BMS, lighting control and GRMS to ensure complete offer approach for projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

• 8-10 years of experience in project sales/business development within Abu Dhabi

• Proven experience managing indirect sales channels, distributors, and panel builder networks within the Abu Dhabi electrical market.

• Strong understanding of the panel builder landscape in Abu Dhabi and experience developing business through distribution partners.

• Strong understanding of Low Voltage (LV) products, including switchgear, breakers, protection devices, distribution products, motor control, and related solutions.

• Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
