This position will be based at Ahmednagar Factory for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.)

Job Title: Manager - Quality Experience: 5 - 8 years Education: BE Electrical

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Monitor & evaluate supplier quality performance through KPIs and scorecards.

• Handle supplier quality issues and non-conformances.

• Drive supplier quality improvement programs.

• Participate in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, and Process Validation activities

• Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and other problem-solving methodologies.

• Supplier Audits, Flash Audit, Special process Audits & Part validation

Technical Competencies:

• SAP awareness

• Must have expertise in Lean, six sigma, Poka-yoke, Kaizen

• Hands on experience in use of various QC tools

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Operational Responsibility:

• Ability to travel to supplier locations as required.

• Customer Complaint Reduction Related to Supplier Parts.

• Supplier Corrective Action Closure Effectiveness.

• SPC for parts
