Drive the Demand Acceleration Promo agenda within an assigned country or cluster by ensuring effective execution, performance monitoring, and optimization of promotional activities. Act as the primary DX Promo partner for local Sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders, translating promotional strategy, Promo Guidance, and Promo Excellence standards into market-specific action plans that support delivery of commercial objectives and AOP commitments.
As part of a newly established DX Promo function, actively contribute to building processes, governance routines, and ways of working together with the DX Promo Manager, helping establish and scale Promo Excellence across the organization.
Execute the DX Promo agenda within the assigned market scope in line with promotional strategy, Promo Guidance, and Promo Excellence standards.
Monitor promotional performance and execution quality across customers, channels, and promotional activities.
Identify promotional Risks & Opportunities impacting delivery of commercial targets.
Build, maintain, and continuously prioritize a pipeline of corrective actions and optimization initiatives based on business impact and execution feasibility.
Translate promotional performance insights into actions that improve ROI, execution quality, and business results.
Drive follow-up and realization of agreed actions, ensuring risks are addressed and opportunities are captured in a timely manner.
Support validation of promotional assumptions and forecasts by providing market-level performance insights and execution feedback.
Provide market inputs and recommendations on customer priorities, promotional mechanics, competitive activities, and execution constraints to support Promo Guidance development.
Bring promotional performance updates and Risk & Opportunity assessments into PMR and DMR discussions to support fact-based decision-making.
Provide expertise on local customers, channels, competitors, and market dynamics.
Monitor competitor promotional activity and identify implications for future promotional plans.
Provide local market inputs for promotional strategy refinement, annual planning cycles, and Promo Guidance development.
Ensure local opportunities, customer requirements, market constraints, and execution realities are reflected in promotional planning and optimization discussions.
Serve as the day-to-day DX Promo partner for Sales and key business functions.
Coordinate Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely preparation and execution of promotional activities.
Work closely with Business Development teams to manage and monitor timely promo setup in relevant systems and ensure accurate execution.
Partner with Revenue Growth Management to ensure promotional activities are aligned with agreed mechanics, pricing architecture, and trade investment principles.
Collaborate with Sales Finance to monitor promotional spending, identify investment risks, and support delivery of planned financial outcomes.
Support monthly promotional reviews by consolidating performance results, financial implications, and proposed corrective actions.
Support execution of promotional campaigns, launches, activations, and business recovery plans.
Monitor compliance with promotional standards, governance requirements, and agreed execution principles.
Actively contribute to building DX Promo processes, governance routines, and ways of working together with the DX Promo Manager.
Support post-promotion evaluation and ensure key learnings are incorporated into future promotional activities.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Promo Guidance through local market insights and performance learnings.
Promote adoption of Promo Excellence standards, playbooks, and channel guidelines.
Identify, document, and share best practices across customers, channels, and markets.
Support capability building of Sales teams through guidance on promotional effectiveness and execution excellence.
Higher education in Economics, Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of FMCG experience in Commercial Planning, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales or related functions.
Experience working with P&L, promotional campaigns, trade investments, and commercial performance data.
Experience identifying commercial Risks & Opportunities and translating them into optimization and corrective actions.
Demonstrated ability to drive business results through cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate performance insights into actionable recommendations.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Solid project management and follow-up capabilities, ensuring timely execution and delivery of agreed initiatives.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI or similar reporting and analytical tools is an an advantage.
English and Russian proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
