Time, Methods & Industrial Data Integration Leader

We are looking for a Time, Methods & Industrial Data Integration Leader to contribute to the standardization and quality of Group industrial data, promoting the harmonization of processes across different production sites and supporting digital transformation and continuous improvement projects.

The role represents the link between the central Lean Six Sigma & Industrial Engineering function and local contacts, promoting the adoption of common standards, the implementation of ERP/MES systems, and the dissemination of best practices in industrial data management.

The operational correctness of data for each plant remains the responsibility of the Plant Manager/Director, through the local Time & Methods contact. The central function defines standards, methodologies, tools, training, and monitoring systems, ensuring a uniform approach without replacing the operational responsibility of the plants.

The role will also ensure the operational continuity of the Italian scope, acting as a backup for the management of master data, work cycles, and standard times.

Main Activities

• Definition and evolution of Group standards related to industrial master data, work cycles, standard times, coding rules, and data management workflows.

• Monitoring of industrial data quality through KPIs and periodic audits, ensuring methodological consistency between plants.

• Support to plants in the implementation of ERP, SAP, and MES systems, with data validation during migrations, roll-outs, and go-lives.

• Analysis of production processes and collaboration with ICT, Production, and Industrial Engineering for alignment with Group standards and system development.

• Training and support for local contacts, drafting of operational procedures, and dissemination of best practices among plants.

• Support for industrialization and continuous improvement projects for aspects related to times, methods, and industrial data.

• Guarantee of operational continuity in the management of master data, work cycles, and standard times.

The Ideal Profile

Education: Degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar disciplines

Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar roles (Time & Methods, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Data Management)

Skills:

• Experience in managing industrial master data, bills of material, work cycles, and standard times.

• Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes and ERP systems.

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and English.

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, MES systems, and Power BI is a preferential title.
