A customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with both customers and internal partners
A process-driven approach with curiosity around how to improve ways of working and reduce recurring issues

Intermediate Excel skills and the ability to use reporting or tracking tools to manage follow-up and visibility
A team-oriented working style, strong sense of ownership, and commitment to excellent execution
Passion for the beauty industry and interest in working within a global, brand-led organization
