Amazon Japan is excited to provide Campus Recruiter internship opportunities for 2028 graduates in 2027.
As a Campus Recruiter Intern, you will join Amazon's University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) team to shape the future of early-career hiring in Japan. You will drive impactful recruitment initiatives, organize engaging campus events, and contribute to building Amazon's next generation of talent — directly influencing how Amazon attracts and hires top university students across the country.
Such projects include but are not limited to Campus Recruitment Operations, Employer Branding and Campus Engagement, and Campus improvement projects.
Amazon's University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) team is responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring early-career talent across Japan. The team partners with business leaders, hiring managers, and university stakeholders to build scalable pipelines for internship and new graduate hiring across multiple functions — including Operations, Engineering, Finance, and more.
Interns are welcomed as full team members, with direct exposure to strategic recruitment planning, stakeholder management, and large-scale event execution.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program expected to graduate in 2028
Business level English (Speak, Write, Read)
Business level Japanese (Speak, Write, Read)
Able to legally work 40/hours per week, 8-12 weeks throughout the internship period
Ability to influence and engage with early career talent at attraction events
Strong team player mindset and ability to work collaboratively with peers
Familiarity with data-analysis
