Senior Engineer I, Electromechanics / Mechanical Design

✔ Responsible for all activities related to end-to-end mechanical design and development, including but not limited to the delivery of all mechanical design documents, such as 3D/2D drawings, BOM, DFMEA documents, design reviews, and technical declaration documents. During product development, participate in the installation and testing of prototypes to ensure the delivery of design quality, while ensuring that the design delivery meets project timeline and product cost targets. ✓ Actively communicate with R&D project leaders/mechanical design leaders to understand product design requirements, development goals, and execute corresponding plans. ✓ Independent work ability and effectively lead activities related to product mechanical design, actively face design problems and solve relevant design problems. ✓ Closely cooperate with different functional teams, including industrialization, service, procurement, and quality. Effectively obtain design feedback during product development and improve corresponding designs based on feedback (DFM/DFA/DFS/DFC, etc.). ✓ Participate in and support activities related to the mechanical design team, including innovation activities, digitalization activities, laboratory management, etc.

✔ 5+ years of work experience ✓ Understand the basic process of product development ✓ Priority given to candidates with design experience in electrical cabinet products or similar products ✓ Possess relevant mechanical design knowledge, including sheet metal, busbars, plastic parts, and packaging design, etc. ✓ Possess knowledge and ability to select raw materials based on product design requirements ✓ Familiar with mechanical design Creo tools ✓ Agile thinking, self-motivated, with communication skills to cooperate with different functional teams and solve corresponding problems ✓ Able to lead prototype setup and rework ✓ Understand the mechanical design process in product development ✓ Able to effectively communicate in English with international partners
