Position Title: Deputy Manager - Product Quality Control
Work Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 3-5 yrs
Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech (Electrical & Electronics Engineering)
Critical Skills Required: Thorough Knowledge in MODBUS, PROFIBUS, IEC61850
Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)
Digital Integration of numerical relays (IEC61850, Modbus) and Substation Automation / SCADA systems as per customer approved logic. Also Testing and troubleshooting of relay programs and logic validation
Preparation of IO list, HMI Screen designing and validation for Substation Automation / SCADA systems
Handling of i-FAT for ECMS systems along with LV Switchboards
Knowledge on GOOSE engineering between IED's. Integration and validation of Sensors.
Documenting the programs and logics for future reference and interacting with different relay manufacturers to maintain updated firmware.
Develop SOPs and procedures for new numerical relays and Substation Automation / SCADA systems
Functional Competencies:
Knowledge about numerical relays, Substation Automation / SCADA systems and Ability to build logics in relay interface
Knowledge in different protocols like MODBUS, PROFIBUS, IEC61850, Ethernet IP
Knowledge in protection & switchgear and power system.
Knowledge about softwares like MComP Suite, PCM600, Vampset, MiCom Studio, AcSELerater Quickset, Easery Pro and DIGSI, Zenon and Power operations studio
Knowledge in troubleshooting of electrical schematics
