The Opportunity

Senior Specialist Procurement, Facilities is responsible for supporting the sourcing, negotiation, and category management of Facilities Services categories for ADC in the US. Supports supplier management, contract administration, spend analysis, and stakeholder engagement to ensure cost-effective, compliant, and reliable facilities operations.
This is an onsite opportunity based out of Alameda, CA.
What You’ll Work On
Execute sourcing activities for Facilities Services categories, including maintenance, janitorial, security, workplace services, and related service categories.
Conduct supplier evaluations, competitive bidding events, and support contract negotiations to deliver value and mitigate risk.
Partner with Facilities, Engineering, Finance, EHS, Legal, and other stakeholders to support procurement objectives and operational requirements.
Monitor supplier performance, resolve service issues, and support supplier continuity planning.
Track cost drivers, usage trends, savings opportunities, and procurement performance metrics.
Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree
4+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or related business experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience operating in a highly regulated environment.
Indirect procurement and Facilities Services sourcing experience preferred.
Strong negotiation, collaboration, contract management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
The base pay for this position is
$90,000.00 – $180,000.00
In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
