Senior, Expert
ME/MFG-SMT-CoC2 serves as the interface between manufacturing plants and R&D departments. On one hand, it collaborates with global R&D departments for process development; on the other hand, it works with global manufacturing plants for process standardization. This position is suitable for senior professionals who can bridge technology and business, acting as the "core engine" for manufacturing digital transformation, leading the end-to-end product lifecycle from demand to implementation.
Product Planning & Solution Design
Roadmap Design: Lead the roadmap planning for manufacturing digital products, defining short-term and long-term evolution paths, ensuring high alignment with business strategy.
Demand Understanding and Transformation: Proactively collaborate with business stakeholders, deeply understanding manufacturing processes, business needs, and pain points; accurately translate complex business requirements into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), technical specifications, and executable development plans.
Architecture Design: Responsible for the overall architecture design of digital solutions, planning system integration, data flow, and overall logic from a holistic perspective, ensuring high availability and scalability of the system.
Identify improvement opportunities, initiate and incubate data-driven innovation product projects, improving manufacturing efficiency and quality.
Support all process teams from a data perspective, planning data collection, cleaning, and visualization product solutions.
Coordinate and guide the digital R&D team, controlling the design direction and delivery quality of software solutions (e.g., interface specifications, AI preprocessing business logic), without directly participating in low-level code writing.
Product Management & Stakeholder Alignment
Lead cross-functional projects, managing the entire product lifecycle from concept incubation, demand analysis, R&D iteration to final launch.
Proficiently apply Agile methodologies, effectively managing product backlogs, project timelines, R&D resources, and deliverables.
Adopt adaptive communication strategies for different stakeholders (technical development teams, process experts, management, international partners), acting as a key translator between technology and business.
Promote coordination among all project stakeholders and facilitate cross-departmental consensus to achieve product commercial value.
