במסגרת התפקיד:

• תכנון הייצור בהתאם לביקושים שמתקבלים.

• זיהוי צווארי בקבוק ומתן פתרונות.

• ביצוע בקרות תכנון מול ביצוע.

• ניתוח ואפיון נתונים ברמה האסטרטגית לזמן קצר וארוך.

• ניהול רמות מלאי.

• טיפול בבעיות חומר גלם מול ספקים.

• מעקב אחר סטאפים.

• מעקב אחר תוכנית הביצוע.

• עדכוני תשתיות.

• מעקב אחר תבניות חדשות/ תבניות בתקלה.

• עדכון שווקים לגבי התקדמות/ עיכוב באספקת הזמנות.

דרישות:

• תואר ראשון הנדסה תעשייה וניהול - חובה.

• התמחות בייצור/ מערכות מידע- יתרון.

• ניסיון בתעשיה של 1-2 שנים – יתרון משמעותי.

• ERP, Office, אורקל- יתרון.

• יכולת תכנונית יסודיות, יוזמה ואסרטיביות, עבודת צוות.

• ראש גדול ויסודיות.

Overview (English)

SodaStream is looking for a Production Planner.

Responsibilities (English):

• Planning production according to demand forecasts and incoming orders.

• Identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.

• Monitoring and analyzing planned versus actual production.

• Analyzing and interpreting data from both short- and long-term strategic perspectives.

• Managing inventory levels.

• Handling raw material issues and coordinating with suppliers.

• Monitoring production setups and changeovers.

• Tracking execution of the production plan.

• Updating and maintaining infrastructure-related data.

• Monitoring new molds and molds experiencing technical issues.

• Updating markets regarding order fulfillment progress and any delivery delays.

Qualifications (English):

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – required.

• Specialization in Manufacturing / Information Systems – an advantage.

• 1–2 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment – a significant advantage.

• Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and Oracle – an advantage.

• Strong planning and organizational skills.

• Thoroughness, initiative, and assertiveness.

• Strong teamwork skills.

• A proactive, hands-on approach and strong attention to detail.
